Front of House Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Team Leader to join our team in Winchester. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of staff members and overseeing various duties, including reception management, greeting visitors, meeting room coordination, and organizing catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Oversee reception management, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing visitor arrivals
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure seamless execution of events
  • Organize catering services and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and front of house operations

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Proven experience in front of house roles or corporate hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
