We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery
