The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and developing a team of professional services personnel, ensuring they effectively deliver a wide range of client services, including discovery, design, implementation, migration, and governance. Your focus will be on team growth and ensuring the delivery of outstanding solutions to clients. A strong technical background and expertise in Unified Communications are essential. This role is primarily supervisory, allowing you to oversee technical teams and ensure they are well-equipped to advance projects. You will collaborate with various departments, including Opportunities, Sales, and Pre-Sales Architects, to create, monitor, and manage a pipeline of engagements that align with future workload planning for the team.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • In-depth knowledge of Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) technologies, particularly Cisco UCC products such as Webex, Call Manager, UCCX, and UCCE.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, including Teams Rooms, Teams Telephony, and Teams Contact Centre (preferably with Luware experience).
  • Familiarity with third-party platforms in the Unified Communications sector, including Tiger, Luware, Netcall, ISP providers (PSTN), AudioCodes, Ribbon, Yealink, Poly, or Logitech.
  • Good grasp of Microsoft Azure and Modern Workspace concepts.
  • Previous experience in overseeing and managing Unified Communications teams.
Please note: This role is primarily remote, with an expectation of occasional travel as necessary.
