Job OverviewPosition: Practice Lead (Unified Communications)
Compensation: £85,000-£95,000 annually + £15,000 performance bonus
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote with occasional travel required

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of professional services experts, ensuring they provide clients with a full spectrum of services including discovery, design, implementation, migration, and governance. The focus will be on team development and ensuring excellence in delivering comprehensive solutions to clients. A robust technical background and expertise in Unified Communications are essential. This is a managerial role where you will oversee technical teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed and advance projects effectively. Collaboration with Opportunities, Sales, and Pre-Sales Architects will be key in constructing, monitoring, and managing an engagement pipeline that encompasses future planning workloads for the team.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • In-depth knowledge of Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) technology stack, particularly Cisco UCC products: (Webex, Call Manager, UCCX, UCCE)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams: (Teams Rooms, Teams Telephony, Teams Contact Centre) (preferably Luware)
  • Solid knowledge of third-party platforms in the Unified Communications domain (Tiger, Luware or Netcall, ISP providers (PSTN), AudioCodes and/or Ribbon, Yealink, Poly or Logitech)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Modern Workspace
  • Prior experience in overseeing and managing Unified Communications teams
This role is primarily remote, with an expectation of travel to London as necessary.
