Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Oversight: Receive, assess, and confirm incoming product shipments. Unpack, label, and tag items with precision and efficiency. Organize and sustain inventory storage spaces. Monitor stock quantities and identify products that require reordering.
  • Product Restocking: Prioritize restocking activities, replenish products on the sales floor swiftly, and maintain attractive product presentations. Keep track of product expiration dates and rotate stock as needed. Assist in executing merchandising strategies.
  • Record Keeping and Administration: Manage product recalls and returns, support inventory audits, and collaborate with management for process enhancements.
  • Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivate client loyalty, and effectively share product knowledge to boost sales.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work alongside store team members, communicate efficiently with management, and assist in onboarding new stock team members.
  • New Store Setup: Aid in the establishment of new locations by participating in the unboxing of deliveries and stocking shelves.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail operations or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with beauty and cosmetic products.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Capability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales objectives.
  • Passion for the beauty sector and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
