**THE ROLE**

**CREATIVE ASSISTANT - PART-TIME (20 HOURS), NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE**

As the Creative Assistant, you will support in the coordination of all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Creative department, working closely with the team to maintain creative output through administrative workflows and having the opportunity to learn and develop your creative skills.

Predominantly, this is an administrative role within an e-commerce fashion environment and requires a combination of manual tasks and some creative thinking.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help organise, unpack and retain resources for new product
- Prepare product for return to warehouse
- General studio coordination duties, including shoot setups, stock preparation, and keeping things well-ordered and tidy
- Collate, manage and maintain image files on a central database
- Occasionally liaise with design and photography team to contribute creative ideas in delivering distinctive and eye-catching media
- Support with website merchandising
- Retrieve and replace stock for online orders
- Analyse and collate performance and production statistics for monthly reports.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- A keen interest in retail and e-commerce, with a passion for luxury fashion
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferred knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
- Organised as well as creative
- Ability to take direction and receive feedback
- Comfortable working in a challenging and changing environment
- Team player
- Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships (internal and external)
- Positive outlook, open to change.
