Insight Executive Group is proud to represent our esteemed client in the search for a skilled Asset Management Specialist to join a progressive team.

In this pivotal role, reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates & Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Asset Management System (AMS) within the Estates & Facilities department.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing the Asset Management System, including the Asset Management Contract Manual.
  • Utilizing the CAFM system to inform strategic capital expenditure decisions through comprehensive asset management data.
  • Guiding operational teams to ensure adherence to statutory regulations and the essential maintenance of Building Services Equipment.
  • Demonstrating expertise in creating Asset Lifecycle Management Systems and formulating long-term strategic asset plans.
  • Managing asset databases, forecasting maintenance requirements, and planning detailed work programs with associated costs.
  • Collaborating closely with procurement to oversee tendering processes, pricing, and valuation of maintenance and lifecycle projects.
  • Leading strategic asset lifecycle initiatives within a significant healthcare organization.
  • Influencing the continuous development and optimization of healthcare facilities.
