Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Educator to lead our technology and coding programs for children aged 8-14. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences that inspire and engage our young participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Delivery
    • Design and deliver technology and coding activities that cater to the needs and abilities of our participants.
    • Ensure that all programs are aligned with our company's mission and values.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of IT Instructors to ensure the successful delivery of our programs.
    • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our programs to ensure they meet our high standards.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience for our participants.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with parents, school representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment for our participants.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our programs.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Relevant qualifications in IT teaching, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality educational programs.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective educational programs.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
