About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key figurehead between our clients and our company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing technical guidance and advice, and ensuring the effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 20 key customer clients, providing technical guidance and advice to ensure optimal technology service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on cloud technologies and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and provide technical support as needed.
- Lead technical experts in exploring solutions to business challenges and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and services, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Endpoint.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior-level IT management and leadership within a cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of multiple technologies and the elements of an end-to-end service.
- Ability to engage with customers, educate them on cloud technologies and best practices, and provide advice on new areas where value can be added.
- Strong customer-facing experience and ability to inspire and lead technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in cloud management and leadership, including IaaS, PaaS, and Microsoft stack.
