Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging technology and coding activities that cater to the needs and abilities of our young participants.
- Team Management: Directly manage a team of staff to ensure they deliver exceptional care and activities, adhering to our high standards.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety, and safeguarding procedures, to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and children.
