About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Swans Leisure Centre in Milton Keynes. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and motivating group exercise classes that inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality group exercise classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for members
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new exercise programs and initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant instructor qualification in the class you will be leading
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
