Swimming Instructor Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Swimming Instructor to join our team at Serco Leisure Operating Limited. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and colleagues
- Hold a valid STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification
- Hold a valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC, or STA Safety Award for Teachers qualification
- Undergo a DBS check
