Swimming Instructor Vacancy



We are seeking an experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at Serco Leisure Operating Limited. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities.



Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons that cater to the needs of our customers
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote student progress and confidence in the water
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment
  • Hold a valid teaching qualification, such as a STA Award or Swim England Level 2
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
