About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As an Administrative Assistant - Real Estate, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Commercial Property team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient secretarial support to a team of fee earners, including document production, file management, and diary management.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documentation, statements, and forms, either by copy typing or digital dictation.
  • Manage files, including opening and closing files, and filing all documentation.
  • Photocopying, including preparing trial bundles.
  • Organize internal and external meetings for Fee Earners.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of documents and correspondence in and out of the department.
  • Conduct online searches.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Secretary.
  • Solid IT skills in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with a case management system or practice management system.
  • Experience supporting within the property department (real estate or residential) of a legal firm is an advantage.
