Role Overview:

In this unique structure, successful Business Centre Leaders are not your typical managers. Their responsibilities extend beyond basic operational tasks; they have authority over product marketing, pricing strategies, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.

The Exeter branch currently operates with a turnover of approximately £2 million, with the potential for growth to £3 million in the coming years, as anticipated by the regional director.

The incoming Business Centre Leader will take over a stable and skilled team of seven, requiring motivation and strategic guidance to cultivate new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • A strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and enhance team performance
  • An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities
  • A willingness to explore current operations and challenge existing practices when necessary
  • Experience in formulating sales strategies and leading initiatives in both new business acquisition and customer retention
  • Analytical skills to assess data and devise innovative strategies
  • Product knowledge is not a prerequisite, allowing for a broader search across various sectors
  • Residence in the Exeter area is preferred
