Customer Support Rapid Response Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-Work Support Specialist to join our Rapid Response Team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-work support services to our participants who have secured employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality in-work support service to our participants, ensuring they receive the necessary support to maintain employment and achieve their goals.
- Utilize various communication methods, including outbound phone calls, to engage with our participants and provide close support to help them remain in employment.
- Identify and categorize potential risks that may impact our participants' employment, working closely with our operational colleagues to provide a holistic and collaborative approach to their support.
Requirements:
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with demonstrable experience in a customer service-related role.
- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with participants, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- IT literacy with familiarity of using Microsoft Office products and modern digital technologies, such as Microsoft Teams and customer databases/systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment, working independently or as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,585 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, 2 volunteer days, company pension scheme, health insurance allowance, and more.
