Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional in-work support services to participants who have secured employment, ensuring a smooth transition and identifying potential risks of job loss.
  • Utilize various communication methods, primarily outbound phone calls, to engage with participants and provide close support to help them remain employed.
  • Identify and categorize fallen out of work risks, working closely with operational colleagues to provide valuable intelligence and a collaborative approach to participant support.
  • Develop and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude, with a strong background in customer service and experience working in a high-performance culture.
  • Be IT literate, with familiarity of Microsoft Office products and modern digital technologies, such as Microsoft Teams and customer databases/systems.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Deliver services to specific quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
