Customer Support Rapid Response Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Rapid Response Team as an In-Work Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our participants who have secured employment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide In-Work Support Services: You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality In-Work Support service to our participants, ensuring they receive the necessary support to maintain employment and achieve their goals.
- Engage with Participants: You will utilize various communication methods to engage with our participants, providing close support and demonstrating the value of our In-Work Support services.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: You will identify and categorize potential risks that may impact our participants' employment, working closely with our operational colleagues to provide a holistic and collaborative approach to their support.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: You will work closely with our team members to provide useful intelligence and support, ensuring our participants receive the best possible service.
- Positive Attitude and Service Orientation: You will possess a positive attitude and a service-oriented mindset, with demonstrable experience in a customer service-related role.
- Relationship Building: You will be able to foster and maintain positive relationships with our participants, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- IT Literacy: You will be IT literate, with familiarity of using Microsoft Office products and modern digital technologies, such as Microsoft Teams and customer databases/systems.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: You will be able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment, working without direct supervision or as part of a team.
