Job Summary

Business Support Team Leader - Operations Manager

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Team Leader - Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day line management of a team of administrative staff, overseeing all administrative functions, and ensuring the Business Support teams are working effectively.

Main Duties

  • Provide day-to-day line management of a team of up to eight administrative staff, dealing with all management issues such as workload, performance, absence, annual leave, appraisals, and any other HR issue that may arise.
  • Oversee all administrative functions and ensure that the Business Support teams are working effectively.
  • Work within the wider Business Support teams as required.
