HR Business Partner Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR support to our business, focusing on operational excellence and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR operational support to our business, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Work closely with our HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Manage a complex ER workload, providing up-to-date advice to all levels of personnel.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with employment law, legislation, and statutory guidance, ensuring our HR practices are compliant and best-in-class.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a dedicated HR role, with a minimum of 25 years of experience at a senior level.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment, or a multi-disciplined and shift-based environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of employment law, legislation, and statutory guidance.
