Primary Care Careers is seeking a salaried General Practitioner to become part of our Primary Care Network (PCN), with the opportunity to work up to 8 sessions weekly, which can be adjusted based on your preferences. You will manage your own administrative responsibilities while also providing support to colleagues during their absences. Participation in team meetings will be encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations, and home visits as necessary; assist staff and patients with clinical or prescribing inquiries; review and authorize repeat prescriptions; manage investigation results; complete paperwork and correspondence promptly.
- Engage in activities necessary to ensure compliance with the CQC Fundamental Standards.
- Provide services as stipulated in the PCN agreement.
- Address medical and health concerns presented by patients on the Practice register, including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and referral as appropriate.
- Analyze and interpret test requests and results, taking appropriate actions based on findings.
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with professional standards and requirements.
