Primary Care Careers is seeking a salaried General Practitioner to become part of our Primary Care Network (PCN), with the opportunity to work up to 8 sessions weekly, which can be adjusted based on your preferences. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations, and home visits as necessary; assist staff and patients with clinical or prescribing inquiries; review and authorize repeat prescriptions; manage investigation results; complete paperwork and correspondence promptly.
  • Engage in activities necessary to ensure compliance with the CQC Fundamental Standards.
  • Provide services as stipulated in the PCN agreement.
  • Address medical and health concerns presented by patients on the Practice register, including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and referral as appropriate.
  • Analyze and interpret test requests and results, taking appropriate actions based on findings.
  • Maintain clinical records in accordance with professional standards and requirements.
