Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operating Department Practitioner to join our Anaesthetic team in the Main Theatre Suite at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide skilled assistance in Anaesthetics, supporting the perioperative team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Registered Practitioners who will support the perioperative team by providing skilled assistance in Anaesthetics.

This post has been identified as involving access to vulnerable adults and/or children, and in line with Trust Policy, successful applicants will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check.

Person Specification

Essential criteria:

  • Registered Operating Department Practitioner or nurse with UK-approved anaesthetic qualification.
  • Member of Professional Body.

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience in a broad range of theatre specialties.
