Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Opl Enterprises Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pharmacy team, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Oversee the dispensing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage the pharmacy's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GPhC guidelines and NHS standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
