Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Opl Enterprises Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, including dispensers, counter assistants, and pharmacists.
  • Oversee the dispensing process, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services, including the provision of health promotion and education.
  • Manage the pharmacy's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including GPs, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in pharmacy legislation, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a community pharmacy setting, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy legislation, regulations, and best practices.
