Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Opl Enterprises Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team is well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pharmacy team, including supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the dispensing process, ensuring that prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the pharmacy's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to promote the pharmacy's services and products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy management role, preferably in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
