Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Opl Enterprises Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, including dispensers, counter assistants, and pharmacists.
  • Oversee the dispensing process, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services, including the provision of health promotion and education.
  • Manage the pharmacy's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GPhC guidelines and NHS regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including GPs and other healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a community pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and patient care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy law and regulations, including GPhC guidelines and NHS regulations.
