Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Opl Enterprises Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that we provide high-quality services to our customers and meet the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the pharmacy team, including supervising and mentoring staff, and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Oversee the dispensing of medications, including ensuring that prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently, and that patients receive the correct medication and dosage.
- Manage the pharmacy's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the pharmacy is operating within its financial limits.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the pharmacy is operating in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications, treatments, and technologies.
- Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Experience of managing a pharmacy team, including supervising and mentoring staff.
- Experience of managing the dispensing of medications, including ensuring that prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently.
- Experience of managing the pharmacy's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the pharmacy is operating within its financial limits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
