We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to become a vital part of our National Account Department, assisting the Internal Account Managers with a diverse array of responsibilities related to our prominent customer accounts across the UK.

A role of significance: Your Responsibilities

We require a skilled administrator capable of managing various tasks associated with the oversight of our key customer accounts within the UK sector. Many of these clients are well-known brands, and their expectations are high, necessitating a responsible individual who is eager to take charge of these accounts to ensure we consistently meet their needs.

Your duties will encompass all forms of communication with these clients, including collecting performance data, processing orders and quotations, generating reports, preparing and verifying invoices, and addressing billing inquiries using the clients' online reporting systems or our internal platforms. Additionally, you will assist with incoming calls to the department.

We are looking for someone who is organized, methodical, and possesses a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks accurately and efficiently on a daily basis. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a busy environment and enjoy collaborating with others, as well as tackling challenges and devising solutions.

A valuable experience: Your Qualifications

Prior experience managing customer portals and utilizing a CRM system, Proficient administration skills with MS Office applications. Confident in engaging with customers and colleagues alike.
