Accounting and Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dodds Plumbing Heating and Gas Ltd. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including:
- Daily Banking Reconciliation
- Purchase Ledger Management
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Employee Payroll Processing
- Debt Collection and Statement Management
- Email Management
- Company Vehicle Database Management
- Telephone Answering and Query Resolution
- General Office Administration
You will also be required to cover the Scheduling role as needed, and will receive training on our accounting software, Xero. If you have a strong background in accounting and administration, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive Salary of £23,000 - £33,000 per year
