Proposal Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth strategy by assisting and coordinating proposals teams to produce winning submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and identifying proposal opportunities that align with our business goals.
- Oversee the submission process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals to clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, coordinating the creation of proposal content and ensuring consistency across submissions.
- Coordinate with graphic design teams to develop visually appealing and effective proposal presentations.
- Support multiple projects and teams in the production of high-quality bids, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
- Understanding of proposal processes and procedures.
- Strong written communication skills and degree-level qualification.
Desirable Qualifications
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification or working towards it.
- APMP membership and accreditation.
- Experience with InDesign and Photoshop.
