Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Finance and Administration Coordinator to become a vital part of our collaborative team. This role is essential in overseeing the financial transactions and administrative tasks within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting daily reconciliation of all financial transactions across various accounts.
  • Addressing inquiries from stakeholders through appropriate communication channels.
  • Collaborating with project managers to issue and manage invoices and credit notes.
  • Performing general administrative duties including document management and financial record keeping.
  • Generating service charge requests for property management.
  • Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a finance or administration role, preferably within the property management sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial management practices and debt recovery processes.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, particularly Xero.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
