Position Overview:

As the Business Operations Administrator at Excelerate360, you will be integral in facilitating the daily functions of our organization. We seek a motivated individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional administrative assistance and excels in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare essential documents and reports.
  • Maintain precise records and assist in refining operational processes to boost overall efficiency.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new staff, providing training on internal systems and tools.
  • Handle the registration and packaging of computer equipment for new employees.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper registration of returned computer equipment.
  • Maintain the Asset Register, tracking the allocation and status of all computer equipment.
  • Manage stock levels and place orders with third-party suppliers as needed.
  • Develop process documentation and training materials for ongoing support of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Assist in managing our internal Salesforce CRM, including data management and report generation.
  • Coordinate outbound lead generation email campaigns and prospect list generation.
  • Maintain relationships with external IT security teams and manage user registrations for training platforms.
  • Oversee manual research projects, ensuring data accuracy and delivery to Account Managers and Clients.
  • Monitor and cleanse Salesforce CRM data against regulatory lists.
  • Record daily, weekly, and monthly activity statistics for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable of managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Prior experience in business operations is advantageous.
