Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Salary: £22,000-£25,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00-17:00pm

COMPANY PROFILE

As Smart 10 Ltd continues to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support our Finance and IT teams. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both recurring tasks and ad-hoc requests, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare draft financial reports and statements
  • Assemble client proposals and contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm or modify orders
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to clients or our office
  • Update internal databases with order information
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes for clients
  • Generate regular business performance reports
  • Coordinate office maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Manage and replenish office supplies

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Organized and efficient
  • Able to work off your own initiative
  • Multitasker
