COMPANY PROFILE
As Smart 10 Ltd continues to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support our Finance and IT teams. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both recurring tasks and ad-hoc requests, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare draft financial reports and statements
- Assemble client proposals and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm or modify orders
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to clients or our office
- Update internal databases with order information
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes for clients
- Generate regular business performance reports
- Coordinate office maintenance and equipment repairs
- Manage and replenish office supplies
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Organized and efficient
- Able to work off your own initiative
- Multitasker
