As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Administration
- Prepare and process financial documents, including invoices and bills
- Assemble and send client quotations
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm or modify orders
- Administrative Support
- Update internal databases with order information
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes for clients
- Reporting and Analysis
- Generate regular reports to track business performance
- Office Management
- Coordinate office maintenance and equipment repairs
- Manage and replenish office supplies
- Maintain and update financial and administrative documentation
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
