Job Summary

Smart 10 Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance and Administration Assistant to support our Finance and IT teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Administration
    • Prepare and process financial documents, including invoices and bills
    • Assemble and send client quotations
    • Follow up with suppliers to confirm or modify orders
  • Administrative Support
    • Update internal databases with order information
    • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
    • Assist in liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes for clients
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate regular reports to track business performance
  • Office Management
    • Coordinate office maintenance and equipment repairs
    • Manage and replenish office supplies
    • Maintain and update financial and administrative documentation
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
