We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Smart10 Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of our business, working closely with the Administration Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new staff, including training on internal systems and tools, such as Google Workspace, Salesforce CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Asset Management: Register and package computer equipment for shipment to new employees, cleanse and register computer equipment returned from employees, and maintain the Asset Register with the allocation and status of all computer equipment.
- Data Management: Cleanse, remove duplicates, verify, and upload research data into the Salesforce CRM, and screen Salesforce CRM data against the CTPS on a monthly and TPS on a quarterly basis.
- Process Development: Develop process documents and videos to assist onboarding and ongoing training of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- CRM Management: Assist in the management of our internal Salesforce CRM, including data management, template creation, cadence development, user support, and report generation.
- Research and Analysis: Manage Manual Research projects, from brief development, monitoring team output, to data delivery with analysis to Account Managers and Clients.
- IT Support: Maintain the relationship with our external IT Security team and Hiscox Cyber Security Training platform, registering new devices and users, and working with managers to ensure completion of mandatory training.
