We're seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to join our team. As an ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience with us.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Processing and following up on booking requests
  • Mastering and promoting our offer and loyalty program
  • Developing revenue and sales
