Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and billing, and exceeding agreed service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and client satisfaction
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relationships and service delivery
- Participate in business development activities to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a data tech or marketing environment
- Strong client servicing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- IT literate, with strong MS Office capabilities
