We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and billing, and exceeding agreed service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and client satisfaction
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a data tech or marketing environment
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- IT literate, with strong MS Office capabilities and experience with project management tools
- Ability to work in an office environment, with occasional remote work possible
