We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients, leading and managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring accurate monthly reporting and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a data tech or marketing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- IT literate, with strong MS Office capabilities
- Ambitious, driven, and focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
