About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the first stage of the recruiting process, utilizing various channels to identify potential candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, including networking and outreach efforts.
  • Support with other administrative parts of the hiring process, such as coordinating interviews and obtaining references.

Requirements:

  • Education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong passion and interest in recruitment and talent engagement.
  • Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing) is a must.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment.
