As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving focused searches for technical roles and collaborating with hiring managers to move candidates through the selection and hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Drive focused searches for technical roles through various sourcing channels, including internal RMS, external job boards, user groups, and niche sites.
- Successfully source active and passive candidates for assigned searches and provide detailed summaries to hiring managers of candidates passing the initial screening process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to move candidates along the selection and hiring process and manage candidate offer negotiation process with hiring managers and within established company policies.
- Assist and execute in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and proactively recruit to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
- Follow established processes designed to ensure candidate experiences during the recruitment process meet a high standard, level of communication, courtesy, and follow-up.
- Sell our employer value proposition to candidates throughout the process and perform other duties as requested by management.
- Recruitment experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in the high-tech/Engineering industry or a combination of corporate/agency environments.
- Experience generating candidates from a variety of sourcing channels, not limited to job boards, Boolean searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Previous experience in a recruiter role in a consultative environment.
- Fluent English (both written and verbal communication).
