As a Talent Sourcer Intern, your main responsibility will be to use various channels to look for potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for recruitment and talent engagement, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media platforms.
* Coordinate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements.
* Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
* Support with other administrative parts of the hiring process, such as coordinating interviews and obtaining references.

Requirements:

* An education within Human Resources or equivalent field.
* Passion and strong interest in recruitment and talent engagement.
* Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing) is a must.
* Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment.
