Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Sourcer Intern. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruiting process, engaging with potential candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with candidates through various channels to identify top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and partners to establish a strong talent pipeline
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
