About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Poland, Wroclaw, and support the first stage of the recruiting process. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, building talent pipelines, and coordinating with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Support with other administrative parts of the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and obtaining references.

Requirements:

  • Education in Human Resources or equivalent field.
  • Strong passion and interest in recruitment and talent engagement.
  • Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing) is a must.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment.
