About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for managing the first stage of the recruiting process, identifying potential candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, ensuring a strong pool of qualified candidates.
  • Support with administrative tasks related to the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and obtaining references.

Requirements:

  • Education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong passion for recruitment and talent engagement.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
