Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team at Opera Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the first stage of the recruiting process, identifying and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including professional networks and job boards.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
- Support with other administrative parts of the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and obtaining references.
Requirements:
- Education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong passion and interest in recruitment and talent engagement.
- Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing) is a must.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment.
