About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at NCR Atleos. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving focused searches for technical roles and sourcing top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive focused searches for technical roles through various sourcing channels, including internal RMS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, and networking sites.
  • Succeed in sourcing active and passive candidates for assigned searches.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to move candidates along the selection and hiring process.
  • Assist and execute in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Complete pre-screen assessments on candidates that meet the minimum requirements for assigned positions.
  • Provide detailed summaries to hiring managers of candidates passing the initial screening process.
  • Manage candidate offer negotiation process with hiring managers and within established company policies.
  • Proactively recruit to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Follow established processes designed to ensure candidate experiences during the recruitment process meet a high standard, level of communication, courtesy, and follow-up.
  • Succeed in selling our employer value proposition to candidates throughout the process.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment experience working in a corporate environment, high-tech/Engineering industry preferable, or a combination of corporate/agency environments.
  • Experience generating candidates from a variety of sourcing channels, not limited to job boards, Boolean searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Previous experience in a recruiter role in a consultative environment.
  • Fluent English (both written and verbal communication).
