Key Responsibilities- Drive Focused Searches: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including internal RMS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, and networking sites, to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Sourcing and Candidate Management: Successfully source active and passive candidates for assigned searches and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to move candidates along the selection and hiring process and provide detailed summaries of candidates passing the initial screening process.
- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to build a strong pipeline of technical talent.
- Candidate Offer Negotiation: Manage the candidate offer negotiation process with hiring managers and within established company policies.
- Proactive Recruiting: Proactively recruit to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities and follow established processes to ensure a high standard of candidate experience.
- Recruitment Experience: Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the high-tech/Engineering industry or a combination of corporate/agency environments.
- Sourcing Channels: Experience generating candidates from a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, Boolean searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Consultative Environment: Previous experience in a recruiter role in a consultative environment.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (both written and verbal communication).
