Hotel 41 (London, Victoria) is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our luxury hotel's dining services.

About the Role:

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services
  • Updating and maintaining departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Verifying all drink orders and deliveries upon receipt
  • Staying familiar with daily bookings and reservations
  • Conducting daily cash reconciliations during late shifts
  • Liaising with colleagues, management, and kitchen staff to provide prompt, professional, and efficient service
