About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Refresco. As the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT customer interactions, providing timely and effective support for resolving incidents and service requests.
  • Record and maintain detailed logs of issues, resolutions, and user interactions in our IT Service Management tool.
  • Take ownership of incidents, service requests, and problems, ensuring clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues related to software, hardware, and network devices, including smartphones, laptops, PCs, printers, and scanners.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, account access, and hardware setup.
  • Install, configure, and support IT hardware and software; troubleshoot basic network issues and perform network port patching.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain IT asset management records, handle IT purchasing, and manage repairs for scanner devices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Desk role, with a solid understanding of ticketing systems.
  • Robust working knowledge of PCs, Operating Systems, Printers, Networks, and Telecommunications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
